Your birth date and name are the creative input of the product you ordered: they determine which guardian beast is matched to you and how it is personalized. We process this data on the basis of contract performance (fulfilling your order) and your explicit consent, given at checkout.
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 (or under 13 where local law applies). If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
To operate the service we use a small number of processors: PayPal (payment processing), Cloudflare (website hosting and data storage via its global KV network). Data you submit may be processed or stored outside your country of residence, including in the United States, under each processor's own security and compliance commitments. We do not transfer your data for any purpose other than fulfilling and supporting your order.
Your order record (birth date, name, edition number) is kept so that future re-orders reproduce your exact guardian and edition number. You may request deletion at any time — after deletion, we can no longer guarantee identical re-orders.
If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at the email below and we will respond within 30 days.
